跟你到天涯海角：青年铃木翔太（玉森裕太饰）从东京回到老家，工作因素外还有一个不能为外人道的原因。当他准备全新开始时，却在家中见到一个恐怖的白衣女子。附身的祠堂：高中生饭田真美（中条彩未饰）每晚都被同一个梦惊醒，直到有一天她终于走进梦中那个黑暗的祠堂。怪诞的女子宿舍：山岸裕美（观月亚里莎饰）搬入公司的宿舍，可是她遭遇了一连串诡异事件。暴风雨那日的报案：暴风雨之夜，一名年轻女子死于户外，虽然刑警判定是意外事故，但去过现场的小警察丰村周一（斋藤工饰）却接连接到神秘的求救电话。黑色的日常：OL木村彩香（高梨临饰）按照约定去合作公司交付文件，结果明明待了短短十分钟，出来后发现却过了5个小时。之后更发现文件根本没送达给对方。走廊尽头的一家人：经营料理的男人（又吉直树饰）每天都很晚回家，走廊尽头那个奇怪的三口之家总会引起他的注意。
